Paper Planes is a speakeasy, hidden in the back garden space of Tzarevna. We serve refined, balanced craft cocktails. The space, although tucked away, is airy and welcoming.

Paper Planes speakeasy bar was created as an homage to Ricky’s past as a mixologist. Not constricted by limitations of a single cuisine, Paper Planes’ menu boasts 15+ original cocktails, made almost exclusively with house-made infusions and mixers, and a list of beloved classics done our way.
